Project area: Tirana, Shkodra Region (Vau Dejes, Bushat, Koplik), Kor\u00e7a Region (Pogradec, Bilisht), Vlora Region (Saranda), Berat Region (Corovode, Ku\u00e7ova)<\/h3>

Main activities:<\/h3>

1. Early individual therapeutic intervention (physical therapy, psychomotor, developmental and occupational therapy, pedagogical assistance and speech and language therapy) in children with Down syndrome (SD).<\/h3>

2. Assessment of children with SD in other cities of Albania, compilation of individual intervention programs, periodic monitoring (once in 3 months) orientation to the family of the child with SD in cities, villages that do not have the opportunity to benefit from the services of Down Syndrome Albania Foundation in Tirana.<\/h3>

3. Reproduction of the \u201cHealth Care Guide for Individuals with Down Syndrome\u201d (EDSA-European Down Syndrome Association Health Protocol); Guides “Care, education and development of children with Down syndrome” – a practical manual for caregivers, educators, and psychologists of kindergartens and nurseries, in the context of inclusive education “and the production of orientation material for parents on the rights of children (Right to health, service, education, employment, social assistance).<\/h3>

4. Closing conference on reporting the situation of children and individuals with Down syndrome (health, education, services).<\/h3>
